Frequently asked questions
What do I need to try the demo?
Provide your name and email, and consent to the processing of your request. A unique temporary username and password for the demo portal will be sent automatically. Company, phone and comments are optional.
What if I do not receive the email?
Check that your email address is correct and look in your spam folder. If the email is still missing, message @amnecore_pro on Telegram. You can submit another request for the same email after 15 minutes.
How long does a test VPN user remain active?
In the shared demo area, a VPN client is disabled 48 hours after creation or reissue. Automatic expiry does not delete the client record or keys.
